Environmental Impact Assessments & Statements
assessment

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) are required for a range of different developments. We offer a comprehensive environmental impact assessment service and can carry out a number of EIA requirements in-house including hydrology, geology, flora and fauna among others. We can also project manage specialist contractors (e.g. archaeologists) when required to ensure your environmental impact statement is prepared in an efficient and economical manner to the highest standards.

For smaller developments which do not require EIAs we have complied Environmental (or Planning) Statements which identify and assesse potential environmental impacts while not necessarily going into the level of detail of an EIA.
